The Cryo 6 features cooled air for efficient pain treatment, swelling reduction and muscle relaxation. The system enables Cryo Therapy with precise placement and at a constant dosage, every time.
The device uses no consumables and delivers high power. This enables a quick decrease in superficial skin temperature, while maintaining the ability to operate all day.
Unlike other cooling methods, such as contact cooling, cryogen spray or ice packs, the Cryo 6 decreases the skin temperature quicker, with less risk of skin burns and keeps a constant dosage throughout the entire treatment time.
The Cryo 6 skin cooling system is primarily designed for superficial laser skin procedures. The Cryo 6 skin cooling device is intended to minimize pain and thermal injury during laser and dermatological treatments and for temporary topical anesthetic relief for injections. The Cryo 6 skin cooling system is used in cosmetic laser procedures such as laser tattoo removal, resurfacing, hair removal, photo rejuvenation, and other cosmetic laser treatments. The Cryo 6 unit can cool the patient’s skin during laser applications and therefore reduce and minimize pain and discomfort during the laser treatment. The Cryo 6 can filter and cool down ambient temperatures down to -30C.
The unit does not require any disposables nor consumables for functionality and maintenance is minimal. A standard 6’ treatment hose is supplied with the unit as well as a focusing tip for those harder to reach treatment areas.
